Responsibilities

• Produce multimedia instructional materials including videos, graphics, and simulations.
• Guide faculty in creating personalized learning paths for students.
• Support the implementation of innovative teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance user experiences on e-learning platforms.
• Engage with learners to gather feedback and suggestions.
• Develop an online community for instructors and students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Educational Technology or a related area is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in e-learning development
