Job Description

As a Fleet Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our fleet's operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on vehicle maintenance, compliance with industry regulations, and the enhancement of operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall management of the fleet, ensuring operational excellence.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for vehicles.
• Develop policies for vehicle usage and maintenance protocols.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment on fleet objectives.
• Evaluate new fleet technologies and their potential integration.
• Promote eco-friendly practices within fleet operations.
• Foster relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare annual reports on fleet performance metrics.
• Provide leadership in enhancing organizational fleet strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Transport Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in fleet management with a focus on strategic planning

Certifications
