Responsibilities

• Resolve IT service requests effectively and efficiently.
• Work closely with users to understand technical requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends.
• Ensure data integrity and backup processes are respected.
• Assist in developing IT support documentation and user manuals.
• Confer with vendors to optimize systems and services.
• Participate in IT team meetings to discuss ongoing issues.
• Champion technology acceptance across departments.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• IT-related diploma or degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Desktop Support

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
