• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online sales.

• Track inventory and manage online product availability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
