• Monitor competitor displays and market trends to keep our visuals relevant.
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms.
• Organize and lead training sessions for staff on visual merchandising principles.
• Assess effectiveness of merchandising strategies through customer feedback.
• Prepare and manage the visual merchandising budget effectively.
• Continuously innovate and suggest new display ideas to enhance the shopping experience.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Education Certificate in Fashion or Retail
• Degree in Graphic Design is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in merchandise planning and store layout design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
