Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team in Cape Town as an HR Generalist. You will be involved in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills to effectively support our employees and management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle recruitment processes, from job creation to candidate selection.
  • Facilitate employee induction and ongoing training.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure HR policies are maintained and up to date.
  • Contribute to performance appraisal processes and feedback mechanisms.
  • Carry out HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role
