We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a passion for networking and building relationships, along with experience in sourcing and attracting top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to closing offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive hiring trends.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Build and support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
• Measure and report on the success of recruiting strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions for hiring managers on effective interview techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
