Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR department in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive work culture and support the company's growth. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Formulate HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Lead recruitment drives and ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
• Facilitate performance assessment meetings and reviews.
• Advise management on HR-related issues and conflicts.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions for skill enhancement.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support organizational change initiatives and transformations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or related role
