Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to coordinate and manage the daily operations of our facilities in Pretoria. The successful candidate will ensure optimal functioning of all systems, manage vendor contracts, and uphold our commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all facilities adhere to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage staff training programs to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor expenditures and optimize operational budgets.
  • Handle emergency situations and ensure timely responses.
  • Implement preventative maintenance programs for all property assets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in facilities management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management or property management
