Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. This role involves the design, analysis, and improvement of mechanical systems to ensure excellent functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research new technologies to enhance product performance.
• Create 3D models and simulations to visualize designs.
• Lead projects that involve the development of mechanical devices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Support production by troubleshooting manufacturing issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles

• AutoCAD
• Mechanical Design

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
