We are looking for a skilled Burr Filer to enhance our team. The Burr Filer will perform precision filing and deburring operations on various metal components, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct filing and deburring operations with attention to detail and precision.
• Perform quality checks on parts before and after filing.
• Responsible for the upkeep of filing tools and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space.
• Work closely with supervisors to streamline operations.
• Document work processes and revisions as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting filing equipment problems.
• Contribute to team efforts to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Report daily production metrics to the team lead.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualification in engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer literacy
