• Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Advantageous

• Experience in a specialized area of medicine: Knowledgeable in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics or emergency care.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification: Preferred qualification to enhance patient care in critical situations.
