Environmental Engineer

Job Description

Looking for a motivated Environmental Engineer to contribute to impactful projects in Pretoria. This role involves evaluating environmental data and implementing sustainable practices to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental studies and assessments.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to address environmental issues.
• Engage with local communities to promote sustainable practices.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on environmental compliance.
• Develop project proposals focusing on sustainability.
• Implement waste management strategies in line with environmental policies.
• Review and analyze existing projects for sustainability improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in environmental consultancy or related field

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
