Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Catering Services Manager to oversee operations at our Johannesburg location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering services, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead catering operations for high-profile events and corporate functions.
  • Coordinate menu planning and food preparation with the culinary team.
  • Implement best practices for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial projections for catering projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
  • Be the point of contact for event managers and clients.
  • Foster an inclusive team culture and promote staff development.
  • Evaluate client feedback for service enhancement.
  • Oversee logistics of transportation and set-up for catering events.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Business Management Certification is a plus
