Responsibilities

• Evaluate production systems and processes for maximum efficiency.
• Recommend and oversee process improvements in manufacturing.
• Work closely with supply chain teams for optimized production logistics.
• Provide technical support for production equipment.
• Drive initiatives for waste reduction and efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops on process improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with procurement for cost-effective solutions.
• Contribute to project management for engineering initiatives.
• Utilize CAD software to design layout and workflow changes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the production team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Business or Project Management are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role
