Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our talented team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be involved in the entire testing lifecycle, ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to develop test cases and execute them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and identify testing requirements.
• Design and implement automated test scripts.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with project managers on testing timelines and deliverables.
• Help enforce testing standards and best practices across projects.
• Provide training and support for junior QA team members.
• Lead QA efforts in agile development teams.
• Deliver quality software products on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance

Technical Skills

• Load Testing
• Performance Testing
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Team Player

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile application testing: Hands-on experience in testing mobile applications across different platforms.
