Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Johannesburg. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and product management to boost our online presence and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms, optimizing user experience, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plans and promotional strategies for the online store.
  • Manage budgeting for online marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in e-commerce.
  • Work with external agencies for SEO and online advertising initiatives.
  • Continuously test and improve the online shopping experience for customers.
  • Establish partnerships with influencers and affiliates to expand reach.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master’s in Digital Marketing or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an online retail environment
