Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales strategies for existing and new markets.
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Research and analyze industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for clients.
  • Develop effective communication strategies across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a primary contact for major clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of hotel sales experience, with a deep understanding of the South African hospitality market
