Responsibilities
Define and execute sales strategies for existing and new markets.
Nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Research and analyze industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for clients.
Develop effective communication strategies across all departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Act as a primary contact for major clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
5+ years of hotel sales experience, with a deep understanding of the South African hospitality market
