• Handle negotiation with candidates on behalf of clients.
• Conduct market research to improve recruitment processes.
• Deliver presentations to clients regarding recruitment solutions.
• Document recruitment processes for compliance and quality assurance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to candidates for successful placements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Talent Management certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
