Job Description

As an Employee Relations Manager in Durban, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Your expertise in HR policies will help maintain a harmonious work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that promote wellness and job satisfaction among employees.
  • Conduct regular assessments of employee morale and report findings.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve management approaches.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
