Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager in Pretoria, you will play a key role in implementing HR policies and practices that support our business goals. You will be the driving force behind employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the full cycle of recruitment and selection of employees.
  • Implement HR metrics to track effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain employee policies and handbooks.
  • Engage with management to develop organizational culture.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR issues.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Implement strategies for workforce planning and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or HR management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
