Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will work on improving production processes and systems in our Pretoria facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying inefficiencies, developing strategic operational plans, and ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process control systems.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks in production.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes and technologies.
• Manage projects aimed at process improvement, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization
