Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance, and perform audits to provide insightful financial analysis. You will work closely with our clients to offer tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify financial trends.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews.
• Develop and implement internal controls to enhance accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, CA, ACCA) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Technical Skills

• Financial Reporting

• Accounting Software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)

Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
