Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Supply Chain Manager who possesses extensive experience in logistics and supply chain operations. This pivotal role will involve overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring that all supply chain activities are aligned with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Manage inventory control systems to minimize excess stock and improve turnover.
• Develop processes that enhance the responsiveness of the supply chain to market demand.
• Facilitate training and development of supply chain staff.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align on supply chain initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate supply chain effectiveness.
• Implement technology solutions to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into supply chain operations.
• Adapt strategies based on market and environmental changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a supply chain role, ideally in a management position
