Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our thriving General Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment.
• Investigate and troubleshoot machine failures or malfunctions.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and practices.
• Assist in maintaining the workshop area, including tools and safety equipment.
• Provide input for maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Lead small projects for equipment upgrades or modifications.
• Help implement process improvements for maintenance operations.

Requirements

Education

• N Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
