• Perform scale-up of processes from lab to production size.
• Monitor production processes and adjust parameters as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and safety protocols.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality outcomes.
• Prepare presentations for management regarding project status and developments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the chemical industry with hands-on experience
