We are seeking a passionate Hospitality Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Lead a diverse team in delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Review and analyze financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Develop training programs focused on guest engagement and service excellence.
  • Facilitate communication among various departments for seamless operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement changes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance within the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Hospitality-related certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within the hospitality sector
