As an Industrial Engineer based in Pietermaritzburg, you will leverage your expertise to streamline processes and ensure product quality, significantly contributing to our manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize both CAD and BIM software for design and modeling.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and specifications.
• Implement sustainable design practices in every project.
• Foster relationships with local authorities and building inspectors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies or similar
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an architectural role, ideally in residential projects.

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Building Regulations Knowledge

• Attention to Detail
• Client Management

Certifications

• Construction Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Public Sector Projects: Experience in working with municipal projects and public buildings.
