As a Teaching Assistant, you will aid in lesson planning, support individual student needs, and assist in maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role is vital to ensuring our students thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans.
• Support students in classroom activities and coursework.
• Monitor student progress and report on performance.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Organize educational materials and resources.
• Coordinate with parents and guardians on student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• A diploma in Education or relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a teaching or educational support role

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
