Responsibilities
Oversee fishing and hunting activities ensuring participant enjoyment and safety.
Train new staff on safety protocols and equipment handling.
Monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal event experiences.
Liaise with clients to understand their specific needs and requests.
Conduct pre-event checks and ensure all gear is ready for use.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Post-secondary education in related fields such as environmental studies or outdoor recreation is a plus

2+ years of experience in outdoor event management or related field
