Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing logistics, inventory, and procurement to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Enhance supplier performance through effective relationship management.
• Implement innovative solutions to optimize the supply chain process.
• Monitor supply chain performance and generate reports for upper management.
• Work closely with the finance team to develop budgeting and forecasting models.
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Train and develop junior supply chain staff to improve team capability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems
• Cost Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
