Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in project management, ensuring that work progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site meetings to discuss project timelines and responsibilities.
• Review project plans and specifications and provide inputs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee procurement processes.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with legal requirements and standards.
• Assist in subcontractor selection and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years experience in construction project management

• CIQS Certification

Languages
