Job Description

We are searching for skilled Operators and Tenders to manage and oversee the operation of furnaces, kilns, ovens, driers, and kettles in our ceramics production facility. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and the capacity to maintain safety and quality in all production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of ovens and driers to guarantee product integrity.
• Perform routine equipment inspections.
• Ensure that materials are prepared and loaded according to specifications.
• Record any issues or anomalies during the production process.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to uphold production standards.
• Assist in training junior operators as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in kiln operation is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in ceramics or similar production environments is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Experience with kiln control software
• Knowledge of production monitoring systems

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with production planning and scheduling: Familiarity with organizing manufacturing throughput effectively.
• Knowledge of quality control processes: Ability to implement QC measures in the production process.
