We are seeking a qualified Accountant in Johannesburg to be part of our committed finance team. Your duties will include managing accounting records, assisting with audits, and liaising with clients to address financial queries. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial statements preparation.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Assist with tax preparation and financial budgeting.
• Monitor all financial transactions to ensure they are accurately recorded.
• Provide insights on financial performance and suggest improvements.
• Develop tools for budget tracking and expenditure control.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Ensure company compliance with all financial regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CIMA or ACCA qualification is favourable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance role

Certifications

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Tax Practitioner Certification
