We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Durban! As a vital member of our sales team, you will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive shopping atmosphere by being approachable and friendly.
• Assist in training new sales associates.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs better.
• Participate in team meetings to strategize on sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred

Experience

• Retail sales experience of 3 years or more will be beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale Systems
• Product Knowledge

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic

Advantageous

• Experience in Retail Promotions: Has a history of successfully executing in-store promotions.
