Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in Gqeberha. You will be responsible for assisting individuals and families in navigating through life's challenges. Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze the social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in practice.
• Work with families to improve communication and strengthen relationships.
• Provide education on mental health issues and available resources.
• Support clients in navigating governmental services and benefits.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure sustained progress.
• Facilitate access to housing, employment, and educational services.
• Engage in advocacy efforts at the community level.
• Reflect and improve practice through supervision and peer support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in community service or social work
