Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide accurate advice to patients on their use.
• Review and validate prescriptions for efficacy and safety.
• Monitor patient drug therapies and initiate necessary adjustments.
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and medication management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Participate in medication therapy management programs.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy or clinical settings
