Job Description

As a Contract Manager at Innovative Contract Solutions, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of contractual agreements. This role requires you to facilitate negotiations, ensure compliance, and implement effective contract management strategies, contributing substantially to the company’s operational success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for contract management.
• Conduct contract audits to assess compliance and performance metrics.
• Support business development efforts by providing contract insights.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate best practices into systems.
• Align contract practices with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Revise contracts to reflect changes in business needs or regulations.
• Keep an accurate record of all contracts and amendments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract questions from both internal and external parties.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a contract administration role
