As a Veterinarian at our Durban practice, you will play a key role in the health management of our animal patients. Responsibilities include conducting health examinations, vaccinations, and treatment planning, all while fostering a supportive environment for pet owners.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the health status of animals through thorough examinations.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Engage with the community about responsible pet care.
• Supervise veterinary support staff and train new team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the practice.
• Assist in the management of inventory and medical supplies.
• Participate in local veterinary meetings and conferences.
• Develop individualized care plans for long-term patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Registered with a veterinary council

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience in veterinary practice
