In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with technical inquiries, providing timely solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for new features.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Assist with training new team members.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Advanced Diploma in IT or Customer Support is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
