Job Description

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will manage the security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety of the premises, employees, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include supervising security staff, implementing effective security measures, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and staff management.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and adjust plans as necessary.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Facilitate staff training sessions on security protocols.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
• Prepare incident reports and security audits.
• Develop contingency plans for various security scenarios.
• Establish key relationships with local authorities and emergency services.
• Provide customer service excellence to clients and visitors.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Relevant diploma or degree in security management

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security supervision or management roles.

Technical Skills

• Access control systems
• Emergency response planning

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Grade A PSIRA certification
• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
