You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement innovative solutions, and drive productivity enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve production capabilities and overall process efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of materials.
• Participate in cross-departmental teams to enhance strategic direction.
• Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality standards.
• Leverage engineering software tools for simulations and modeling.
• Track industry trends and apply best practices to enhance our operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the industry
