Job Description

We're seeking a Chemical Engineer who is keen on tackling complex problems and finding innovative solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products, improve processes, and contribute towards our mission of sustainable development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of chemical processes, ensuring efficiency and safety.
  • Conduct laboratory and field experiments to test new substances and methods.
  • Analyze chemical plant data to improve production and quality.
  • Work alongside R&D teams to innovate new materials and solutions.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in manufacturing techniques.
  • Create and revise engineering documentation, specifications, and reports.
  • Supervise junior engineers and laboratory technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional engineering registration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in chemical manufacturing or R&D environment
