Job Description

As an Architect at our firm in Johannesburg, you will play a key role in shaping exciting projects. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, conduct site assessments, and create designs that push the boundaries of creativity while adhering to regulatory requirements and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform site evaluations and document findings for project planning.
• Develop proposals and presentations for new projects.
• Utilize advanced design software for project development.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices.
• Integrate technology and sustainability into design concepts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural practice

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
