Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Utilize 3D modeling software to create accurate representations of design concepts.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for clients.
• Lead design meetings and stay informed about design trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural projects with a solid portfolio

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Building regulations knowledge

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Professional Project Manager (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
