Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design validation process for mechanical systems.
• Work alongside project managers to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Develop maintenance procedures and guidelines for mechanical systems.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Review project timelines and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's in Engineering or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• 3D Modelling
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management methodologies: Experience in Agile and Lean project management.
