Responsibilities
Evaluate production processes and recommend enhancements.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to improve logistics efficiency.
Engage in cost analysis and budget management for projects.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
Prepare process documentation and maintain technical accuracy.
Conduct experiments and pilot projects to test new concepts.
Facilitate workshops to promote continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist in vendor selection and management.
Evaluate employee performance in relation to productivity metrics.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Masters in Engineering Management is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment
