Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Field Professional to oversee environmental management and regulatory compliance across our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential environmental impacts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and developing and implementing effective environmental management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and update environmental policies and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the company and environmental agencies.
• Manage and respond to environmental incidents and reports.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainability initiatives within the organization.
• Develop strategies for waste reduction and resource conservation.
• Conduct field surveys and assessments to evaluate environmental conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental compliance and management

Technical Skills

• GIS software
• Environmental Management Systems

• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• Environmental Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
