Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will develop strategies to improve customer interactions across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create actionable plans based on customer insights and performance metrics.
  • Implement training programs for staff on customer engagement best practices.
  • Work closely with product development to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance online and offline customer experiences.
  • Facilitate workshops to engage employees in customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience management or related fields
