Responsibilities

  • Field inbound customer calls and support requests with professionalism.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and insights.
  • Engage in active listening to understand customer needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Higher Education qualification in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience
